Order Status

Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled anytime before pickup or shipment. Non-stock and custom orders require advance payment and may incur a 25% restocking fee or be non-cancellable.
Returns & Refunds
Products may be returned within 30 days of receipt in like-new condition. Custom items may be non-returnable. Contact (516) 594-0364 for return inquiries.

Payment
Accepted cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover. House account holders can make online payments after account activation. Credit card payments incur a convenience fee charged the following month.
Pickup
An email notification is sent when orders are ready for pickup. Upon arrival, please call (516) 594-0364.
Shipping
Shipping is available via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Shipping charges will be applied to your order. Contact us before ordering for shipping availability to your location.
