Trex combines wood fiber and plastic in a composite material with 95% recycled content. It offers a wood-inspired appearance without the regular refinishing associated with many wood fences.
Seclusions uses vertical pickets for a traditional privacy look. Horizons and Solitudes offer horizontal designs with different support systems. Shenandoah is an open ranch-rail design. Tell NMI the look and level of screening you want so we can confirm the right available system.
Ask for Woodland Brown, Saddle or Winchester Grey. Trex also lists Charcoal Black, with availability dependent on the system. Review a current sample before ordering; composite color changes with natural weathering.
Trex composite does not require routine painting, staining or sealing and is designed to resist rot and splintering. The composite itself does not rust. Metal frames and hardware are separate components, so their specification and care still matter, especially near salt water.
Seclusions interlocking pickets block the view through the fence. Solid composite panels can also help soften nearby sound, but the result depends on fence height, gaps, layout and the noise source. It is not a promise of soundproofing or a specific decibel reduction.
